For agencies
Under your brand.
Behind your team.
You design it and own the client. We build it in WordPress or WooCommerce, test it and hand it over. Your client deals with you, and we join a call only when you ask us to.

How a first project runs
Start with a conversation, then one small paid project. Scope and acceptance agreed before work starts.
01
Talk
Tell us about the project: a design, a rough idea or just a problem. We talk it through and come back with a plan, a price and a date.
02
Small first project
A limited real task, usually 30–40 hours. 50% before the start, 50% on your written acceptance. No free test tasks.
03
Build and QA
Every change is reviewed before it ships. QA covers desktop and mobile, negative cases, keyboard use and form labels.
04
Handover
You get the QA log with every check, an editing guide for your team or client, and notes on deployment and rollback.
Proof of testing
We don’t write “tested”. We hand over the log.
Each row is one check: what we did, what should happen and what actually happened. Wrong inputs are tried on purpose.
You get the full log at handover, so you can show your client what was checked before launch instead of taking our word for it.
Right: six rows from the log of our WooCommerce demo store, a fictional business.
| # | Step | Expected | Actual | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| B7 | Add a blend without picking a pack size | Blocked with a message | “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.” | Pass |
| B11 | Apply an invalid coupon | Error message | “Coupon "wrong" cannot be applied because it does not exist.” | Pass |
| B13 | Place an order with empty required fields | Field errors, no order | 6 errors, still on /checkout/ | Pass |
| B15 | Place a valid order | Order received, total $98.60 | Order page, $98.60, not paid | Pass |
| B22 | Keyboard: tab through the product page | Every focused element visible | 14 stops, none without focus | Pass |
| B27 | Checkout at 390 px | Every field labelled, no overflow | 13 fields, none unlabelled | Pass |
Checked on a laptop screen and on a phone. Every problem found goes into the same log, marked by how serious it is and whether it is fixed.

When a project goes beyond a theme.
Bookings, bots and integrations with outside services. We build and run our own products, so this part of a project is not new to us.

Our product
Termindesk
Booking diary for studios, salons and rooms let by the hour. The slot is locked while a booking is written. Confirmations and reminders go out from a Telegram bot.
For your projects: online booking, calendars and notifications on a client’s site.

Our product
TryDirectFlow
Answers a first Instagram message within seconds, in the language it was written in, and records where the lead came from.
For your projects: integrations with Instagram, Telegram and other outside APIs.
Instagram access is waiting for Meta’s app review.
Questions agencies ask
Will our client ever see your name?
By default we work under your brand and join client calls only when you ask. If you need full confidentiality, say so before the project starts: our name then stays out of the code, commit messages and anything the client receives.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send us yours and we sign it before you share any project details.
Who owns the code?
You or your client, once the stage is paid. The repository can live in your account from the first day.
How do we stay in touch?
Email or a shared Slack channel. Meeting times are agreed before the project starts.
What if the work is late or wrong?
Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before we start, and the second 50% is paid only on your written acceptance. New requirements are estimated separately before we build them.
Do you do free test tasks?
No. We start with a small paid project instead, usually 30–40 hours, so both sides see real work.
Let’s talk. Or ask for rates.
Write a few lines about what you’re working on, even if it’s early. We’ll reply and set up a call if it helps.
