Hacked store clean-up
Hacked WooCommerce store? We clean it up. You pay once you’ve checked it.
Spam pages in your Google results, redirects to other sites, a warning from Google or a disapproved ad. We find how they got in, clean the files and the database, and close the hole. From $390, nothing to pay before.
For online stores and business websites on WordPress and WooCommerce only.
Signs we clean up
- Pages about casinos, pills or replicas under your domain in Google
- Hidden links or text in your page code that you did not add
- Visitors sent to other sites, often only from Google or only on phones
- “This site may be hacked” in Google results, or a security issue in Search Console
- A Google Ads disapproval for “compromised site”
- Admin users or files on the server that nobody on your team created

What you get
- How they got in, in plain words
- A log of every step: what was found, what was removed, what was changed
- The review request to Google, sent from your Search Console
- A short list of what to change so it does not happen again
Access, and your data
We ask for our own WordPress administrator account, SFTP or SSH access to your hosting, and our address as a user in Google Search Console. Each service lets you invite us, so no passwords are shared. We make a full backup before the first change, keep what we see confidential, and you remove our accounts when we finish.

Questions
How soon will the spam disappear from Google?
The site itself is clean when we hand it over. Google rechecks on its own schedule: its review of a hacked site takes from a few days to a few weeks, and spam pages drop out of the results as Google recrawls them.
Can you promise it will not happen again?
No one honestly can. We close the hole we find, update what was exploited and tell you what else to change.
Do you work on Shopify, Wix or Squarespace?
No, only WordPress and WooCommerce.
Do you help with a hacked computer, phone, email or social media account?
No. We work only on business websites and online stores.
Where are you?
Zagreb, Croatia, and Kyiv, Ukraine. We work in English and invoice in US dollars.
